Learning object pronouns in French presents a major challenge for learners, especially for those whose native language is structurally different from French. Among the most commonly used pronouns, "le, la, les, lui, and leur" play an essential role in the fluency and coherence of both written and spoken discourse.
Mastery of these pronouns allows learners to express their ideas precisely and to understand the nuances of the language. This study aims to assess learners' level of mastery of these pronouns by identifying the difficulties encountered and suggesting possible improvements.
Indeed, understanding and using object pronouns not only indicate the level of linguistic competence but also facilitate learners' cultural and social interaction in French-speaking environments.
